Freight

The products will be delivered with Bring or Post Nord. Ordered items have an expected delivery time of 3-6  weeks. Stock items are sent out within 1 week of receiving the order. However, we can not give a 100% guarantee on delivery time and you are always welcome to contact us for specific information about your order. Free shipping.

Prices
All prices  includes 25% VAT. Sales items are not exchanged.

Ordering

Ordered items cannot be returned. These orders are the bindings. If you cancel your order, we will calculate a cancellation fee of 25% of the item price. We reserve the right to  the colors may differ from the photo.  We reserve the right to make any price changes, and reserve the right to make incorrect pricing.

 

Withdrawal period / Return

You can exchange an item you have purchased in the online store within 14 days. When using the right of exchange, the item must be unused and must be returned in the original packaging. Postage back and forth is covered by the customer.  If you want to exchange, you send the item back. We credit the item on arrival.  ​

The right of withdrawal form is attached to the order confirmation by e-mail, but can also be downloaded here .

Error / damage on delivery

If the product is damaged upon delivery, this must be reported immediately to Studio Føy at shop@studiofoy.no. We want photos, as well as a description of what has happened. In order for us to be able to report the damage to our carrier, we must report the damage within 1-3 days. This applies to both visible and hidden transport damage. It is therefore important that you unpack and check that the product is faultless as soon as possible upon receipt.

 

IMPORTANT: If the damage is visible, this must be reported directly to the driver by making a note on the consignment note. Remember to always take care of the packaging so that the complaint can be handled correctly.

 

A product that we have found is the transport damage, we replace as soon as possible and free of charge.

Complaint

If you are so unlucky that you receive a defective item, please send us an email at shop@studiofoy.no  along with some photos. This must be done within 3 days of receiving the package. We will take a position on your complaint in collaboration with our suppliers as soon as possible, and process it in the best possible way.  If we consider that the right of complaint is justified, we will replace the item.  In such cases, we need to find the best solution together with the manufacturer, and we will then get back to you as soon as possible.

Stock status

Studio Føy strives to provide as accurate information as possible about our products, delivery times and stock status. However, we reserve the right to make typographical errors which may mean that we cannot deliver in accordance with the information provided in our marketing. We also reserve the right that stock status may deviate from what is stated on our website.  When ordering, you automatically accept our conditions.

 

Uncollected item

If the buyer does not pick up a package, it will automatically be returned to us. For uncollected packages, you will be charged a fee of at least NOK 249, - which covers return / return shipping, and costs we will have in connection with the return.

Uncollected packages are not covered by the right of withdrawal.

Abroad
We  delivers only to Norway. (not Svalbard)
